Limited Lifetime Warranty
Congratulations on your purchase of a Joe Barden Pickup! Your pickup has been handmade with care and should afford you a lifetime of great music. However, should a Joe Barden pickup become defective due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, your investment is protected by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
We will repair or replace any defective Joe Barden pickup to the original owner for life! Replacement pickups may be either refurbished or of new manufacture at the discretion of JBE.
Naturally, there is one important caveat: your warranty is void should we determine that the damage is a result of shoddy installation, attempted repair or modification, abuse, or other conditions not directly related to defects in materials or workmanship at Joe Barden Engineering.™
Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the pickup only. In no instance will JBE be responsible for incidental damages of any kind.
Sending your pickup for warranty service.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be provided to you by JBE prior to sending your pickup back to us for warranty service. Please call us at (703) 530 TONE to get an RMA number.
Please send your pickup(s) insured and postage paid to:

You must include:
- a short description of the problem
- the RMA number on the box
- a photocopy of your purchase receipt from an authorized Joe Barden dealer showing the date , price and place of purchase
- your shipping address as it should appear on the return shipping label
- payment for return shipping and handling
- $10.00 in the United States
- All other countries are quoted separately prior to warranty services
Your pickup(s) will be repaired or replaced within 10 business days after receipt of your package and shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service. Air and express shipments can be requested but will incur additional shipping charges.
